Ultimately, he focuses on the most important aspect of customer service – listening to the customer to determine the specific needs and requirements of each transaction.

Sean is our local area manager for home warranties. She has been providing exceptional service for First American since 2018 and is proud to have earned the sales achievement award in 2020 and 2021.  She's always available to answer any questions and help with any home warranty claims after close.

Arlene Chaires brings nearly three decades of experience to the team.  In addition to successfully managing traditional resales and refinances, she also has extensive experience with helping clients through REO’s, relocations and mobile home escrows. With a background in accounting, she also able to provide valuable information and navigate tax issues and delinquency situations with ease for the clients she serves.

Photography is John's nerdy art. He is an engineer by training so his brain loves to figure out how everything works. Photography is a natural complement to engineering as it requires technical mastery and expensive toys. Taking a picture is just the first step to producing my image. He loves spending time in front of the computer tweaking each photo to make it come to life.
