Before bringing this home to market, the homeowners—who had lived in the property for many years while raising their children there—were preparing for their next chapter. Having already purchased their new home out of the area, their goal was to sell this property as quickly as possible while achieving the highest possible return. Although portions of the home had been previously remodeled, other areas remained in their original condition. Together, we developed a strategic pre-market plan that focused on allocating resources toward the most impactful upgrades. By prioritizing improvements that would resonate most with today’s buyers, we were able to enhance the home’s overall presentation while maximizing the return on investment for the sellers.
