As members of a community, we have a responsibility to contribute to its well-being. Giving back is an ethical and moral obligation that helps foster a sense of social responsibility. It allows us to recognize the interdependence among individuals and the impact our actions can have on others.

When we give back to the community, we contribute to a cycle of generosity and kindness. The support we provide today can inspire others to do the same, creating a ripple effect of positive change. By paying it forward, we create a virtuous circle where the community as a whole benefits.

That's why we believe it's important to give back to like-minded organizations. For that reason, we have chosen the following organizations to support and we encourage others to give back to organizations close to their hearts.

Advocate for dogs who can't speak for themselves.

With each transaction we also make a donation to two local dog rescues.

Located in Southern California, Rover's Retreat is a 501c(3) rescue, provide dog rescue and dog adoption by placing rescued dogs in foster homes and providing care and a safe haven for them until they are ready to find their forever homes. They vaccinate, spay/neuter, microchip and provide any additional care such as surgery or rehabilitation. They help the dog to get ready to be placed in a happy home.

Giselle’s Legacy is a non-profit 501c(3) all-breed animal rescue and sanctuary. Giselle’s Legacy is not only an all-breed animal rescue, but we will soon add a sanctuary for those deemed unadoptable, whether due to health, demeanor, or age. Discarded farm animals are housed and adopted, if applicable. Stray dogs are vetted, temperament tested, and placed in an appropriate home. Dogs from the city and county shelters are rescued, socialized, trained, fostered, and adopted. Giselle’s Legacy believes every animal deserves a chance.

With every real estate transaction we represent, we make a donation to help plant trees in California. Known for its abundant woodlands, California is home to a whopping 33 million acres of diverse forests that provide us with recreation, wildlife habitats, and jaw-dropping scenery.

If you happen to venture these pristine landscapes, you'll find yourself immersed in majestic forestry where giant coastal redwoods take the stage, often surrounded by rare plants. Unfortunately, five years of drought and large-scale bark beetle infestation have seriously damaged these once-thriving forests. Not to mention, 2017's record-breaking wildfire season burned more than 1.3 million acres – an area the size of Delaware. 2020's fire season have consumed close to 3 million acres, resulting in hundreds of millions of trees that must be restored.

Together, let's restore California's forests so that we can continue to enjoy their natural beauty for many years to come!
