That's why we believe it's important to give back to like-minded organizations. For that reason, we have chosen the following organizations to support and we encourage others to give back to organizations close to their hearts.

Advocate for dogs who can't speak for themselves.

With each transaction we also make a donation to two local dog rescues.

Located in Southern California, Rover's Retreat is a 501c(3) rescue, provide dog rescue and dog adoption by placing rescued dogs in foster homes and providing care and a safe haven for them until they are ready to find their forever homes. They vaccinate, spay/neuter, microchip and provide any additional care such as surgery or rehabilitation. They help the dog to get ready to be placed in a happy home.

The Lovejoy Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, no-kill animal welfare organization dedicated to transforming the lives of animals in need. The Lovejoy Foundation envisions a compassionate and sustainable world whereby every animal is valued, loved, and given the chance to have a happy, healthy life. Our mission is to promote responsible pet ownership through education and community outreach, with a strong emphasis on the vital importance of spaying and neutering, vaccinations, and proper care throughout all phases of life. With unending passion, commitment and understanding, we aim to build a community that fosters kindness, empathy, and respect for all animals.

With every real estate transaction we represent, we make a donation to help plant trees in California. Known for its abundant woodlands, California is home to a whopping 33 million acres of diverse forests that provide us with recreation, wildlife habitats, and jaw-dropping scenery.

If you happen to venture these pristine landscapes, you'll find yourself immersed in majestic forestry where giant coastal redwoods take the stage, often surrounded by rare plants. Unfortunately, five years of drought and large-scale bark beetle infestation have seriously damaged these once-thriving forests. Not to mention, 2017's record-breaking wildfire season burned more than 1.3 million acres – an area the size of Delaware. 2020's fire season have consumed close to 3 million acres, resulting in hundreds of millions of trees that must be restored.
