I feel, when buying a home, communication is key. Pam is so logical, and she is one of the best communicators I have ever come across. If you ask Pam, she can tell you our story, basically the home we wanted to buy should have been an all cash sale. Pam was able to get us the home without an all cash offer and she negotiate a great price. Fiona (recommended by Pam) was able to get us an excellent mortgage.
