Ashley Paradiso

Transaction Coordinator

With over 11 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator, Ashley brings a deep understanding of the real estate transaction process and a strong background in executive-level support. Prior to founding her own company, she worked as an Executive Assistant to high-performing real estate teams throughout the South Bay and Westside, as well as for a large acquisition firm in Redondo Beach. During that time, se managed upwards of 150 transactions per month across Colorado, California, and Nevada—an exhilarating but ultimately unsustainable pace as a mother of young children.

In 2015, Ashley made the pivotal decision to leave the corporate world and launch her own business, Transactions By Ashley. Since then, she has had the privilege of growing a company rooted in personalized service, precision, and integrity. Beyond her work with clients, she's also contributed to the broader TC and brokerage community through her involvement with the California Association of Realtors’ Certified Transaction Coordinator (CTC) program and have worked with several brokerage firms in both beta testing and course development, helping shape educational content for aspiring TCs across the state.

Ashley is passionate about efficiency, compliance, and delivering exceptional support that allows agents to focus on what they do best—serving their clients.
